Arts Matter is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to providing art education to elementary schools in disadvantaged communities. Arts Matter provides sequential, experiential classes in art history and visual arts. Each class helps children understand the elements of art, develop critical thinking, better language skills and problem-solving abilities. As a part of our mission, we seek to provide a greater sense of self for each child, and a wider appreciation of their personal culture and heritage.
